Spokane is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Spokane follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Husband gets his work shirts from here. Nice price for his fav shirts. Under 5$. I also like the Birthday party supplies selection and the Diamond painting selection.

Expensive. The last two times I've been there I'll find something reasonable. Get to the checkout and it's way more expensive than marked. I like a good fine line pen. Found one for $10 which is already a little rich for my blood but figure oh what the heck, I use the crap out of these. $24.99 for one pen at checkout. Scrapbooking binder. $13.99. Nope, $44 at the checkout. The very same thing was happening to the gal next to me. End cap has a bunch of notebooks for $5 and they were all ringing up more than that. Then they only have one checker. They have like 5 self checkouts. But can you take any of your mispriced items off? Nope you need the one checker to do that. I don't think I'll be going back. It's a pattern. They want to trap you into buying ridiculously priced shit

I went to find fabric and maybe an opinion, although that would have been just a bonus. (Im making something I have little experience with, so any advice would have been nice.) I didn't find the material I was looking for but settled for something else. Anyway, I had to hunt someone down to have them call someone else to cut the fabric. After a long wait, Manager Tim came to help. Dude is the least personable person on the planet. I tried showing him my project to help decide how much I needed and he shut me down. Then I asked about the types of fabric the store carried and again he was... rude. I didn't need someone to map out my project for me, but if Im going to buy fabric, I would like to talk to someone who would at least talk to me about FABRIC. I feel less confident about my project now. Im going elsewhere next time. K, I went back because I found fabric elsewhere. Merrick is amazing. He helped me figure out what I was doing and sold me a really cute planter for my room. (Great upsell, my guy). Michael's, do better. Tim is not a people people person. Merrick is awesome. I upped from 1 to 3 star JUST BECAUSE OF MERRICK. Not you Tim. You suck. I'll probably shop here again a

Not very polite or helpful employees. The 2 women "working" were too busy gossiping about other employees to acknowledge the fact there were customers wondering around trying to find stuff, myself included. But then again that is unfortunately the new normal when it comes to customer service.

My first visit to Michaels in Spokane was great! The store was clean. All staff were very helpful and I purchased many frames and matting for art pieces. I asked about a Sr discount and signed up. 10% off of all items saved me approximately $30.00
